Meet the Team
Andy Sommer, Lead Coach
​Andy brings 25 years of real estate experience, including 20 years managing offices for Coldwell Banker and LIV Sotheby’s in Colorado. With a master’s degree in Customer Service Management and over two decades of training and coaching agents, Andy is passionate about helping real estate professionals thrive. His approach focuses on equipping agents with the tools to serve clients with excellence while achieving personal and professional balance.

Anastasia Sommer, Business Manager
​Anastasia brings 11 years of real estate experience, serving clients in Colorado and Florida, as well as investing in real estate. With a master’s degree in Entrepreneurship, she combines her industry knowledge and entrepreneurial spirit to support real estate professionals in their careers. She is passionate about inspiring people to dream big and enjoy life.
